Events

Atmosphere, built deliberately.

CGaia Designs creates immersive event environments for private celebrations, corporate events, galas, productions and brand experiences in Houston and on location.

Guests rarely remember the centerpiece. They remember how the room felt when they walked in.

We design events as complete visual environments, where florals, décor, styling and detail all work toward a single atmosphere. The scale is built to land in the first three seconds and hold for the rest of the night.

What we design

We handle concept development, floral, décor, styling and installed elements as one scope rather than several.

  • Event concept development
  • Floral design
  • Décor and styling
  • Props and tablescapes
  • Entry moments
  • Stage and set elements
  • Signage concepts
  • Custom event details

Creative direction for the way you live, gather and celebrate.

Why the range matters

Because the practice spans floral, interiors, seasonal design and production, an event is approached as one environment rather than a set of separate orders.

A traditional florist sees the flowers. A decorator sees the décor. We see the room, the entrance, the light and the photograph someone takes at nine o'clock.

How it works

  1. Inquire Share the date, the venue, the guest count and the atmosphere you want.
  2. Consult A call, and a venue walkthrough when the installation warrants it.
  3. Design and install A custom proposal, then build, load-in and on-site execution.

“From the custom invitations, printed materials, florals and to the smallest styling details, everything was beautifully considered. Christy created an atmosphere, not just an event.”
